Clinical supervision provides mental health workers an opportunity to reflect on their own practice in a private and confidential space. At Diverse Health we employee trained supervisors that provide supervision to registered nurses and support workers. Our supervisors are from nursing backgrounds and understand the experiences of staff in clinical and community settings. Supervision assists to make sense of professional experiences, creating learning opportunities, resulting in confident staff providing a high standard of care to consumers of NDIS and the public health system.
